Karin did an amazing job and captured our wedding day perfectly. We have the most wonderful photos to cherish for the rest of our lives.

Christina & Rupert
Wow, my gorgeous couple Christina and Rupert got married at the Queensland Museum in Brisbane, such a fabulous idea!
Boy oh boy was this touch and go as the rain didn’t stop for days before the “big day”. All that water meant the Brisbane River next to the Museum was threatening to overflow!
Luck was definitely on their side as many places were flooded, but these two love birds managed to say “I do” in an intimate ceremony with their most loved ones later that night.
As the ceremony was in the night, Christina and Rupert had their “portrait session” before the ceremony at the magical Mt. Coot-tha Botanic Gardens. It was still rainy, but my beautiful couple only had eyes for each other. They embraced the crazy weather and we have some truly beautiful photography because of it!
As Rupert loves Star Wars and Christina Harry Potter, they chose to incorporate both themes into their wedding. The ceremony and reception were decorated with Droids, Owls and Wizards making the night just a little bit more special.
They even brought their Lightsaber and Elder wand to have a bit of fun.
I wish Christina and Rupert lots of love, joy and happiness in their marriage and you know what they say when you have rain on your day….. (maybe that’s why I’m married for 17 years now lol.
). XxX Karin
